Advocacy Survey

The Challenging Behaviour Foundation are working with NHS England and NHS Improvement to review advocacy for autistic people and people with learning disabilities in hospital settings.  They are interested in your experiences acting as an advocate and the experiences of people working with independent or statutory advocates.
